Processing and shipping times are two distinct parts of the order fulfillment process:
Processing Time: This is the period it takes for us to prepare your order to ship after you place it. For items that are ready to ship from Little Zen One, the processing time is 3 business days. However, for other items that we order specifically for you from Europe, the processing time may vary. The exact time frame for other items will be noted in blue on the product page and in your cart.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the shipping time refers to how long it will take for your package to reach you. This duration depends on the shipping method you select at checkout (e.g., standard, expedited, or express) and your location. Shipping time starts after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
So, processing time is the period during which we prepare your order, and shipping time is the period during which your order is on its way to you.
Both times together determine when you will receive your order.
