Cancellations & Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make cancellations, payment changes, or modifications of any kind.


Returns & Exchanges

Within 30 days of delivery

General Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and not tried on (this includes trying on without a baby)
  • Original packaging, tags, and inserts must be intact
  • Applies to all clothing, baby carriers, and accessories
  • Final Sale: Pre orders, special orders, sale items, bundles, gift cards, and personal care items

Returns

  • A 15% restocking fee applies
  • Email hello@littlezenone.com with RETURN REQUEST and your order number
  • Photos may be requested prior to approval to confirm condition

Exchanges

  • No restocking fee on exchanges
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges
  • Email hello@littlezenone.com with EXCHANGE REQUEST and your order number
  • Photos may be requested prior to approval to confirm condition

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, email hello@littlezenone.com with photos
  • Claims are subject to manufacturer confirmation
  • Once confirmed, we will cover the return and provide a replacement or full refund

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping
  • Free shipping orders: Outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund ($22 USD carriers, $35 USD outerwear)
  • Paid shipping orders: Original shipping is non refundable and return shipping is deducted ($11 USD carriers, $17.50 USD outerwear)
  • You may use your own return label. Contact us for instructions
  • International customers: Responsible for all return shipping and duties

Refunds

  • Allow up to 2 weeks for inspection after we receive your return
  • Refunds are processed within 2 to 3 business days after inspection
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, minus applicable fees
  • Returns with pet hair, fragrance, stains, or wear cannot be accepted
  • Gift returns are issued as store credit
  • Minor cosmetic variations are part of the handmade nature and not defects
