Little Zen One Returns & Exchanges FAQ
At Little Zen One, we strive to make your parenting journey as smooth as possible. Below are the key details of our returns, exchanges, and cancellation policies:
Try Before You Buy Program
- Enjoy an 8-day free trial with our Try Before You Buy Program to test fit, comfort, and style.
- Certified Babywearing Consultants are available to assist with fit checks during your trial.
- We encourage using this program instead of ordering with the intent to return.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made within 6 hours of order placement by replying to your confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
- Eligible cancellations will be refunded within 3-5 business days, minus a $10 USD per item non-refundable cancellation fee.
- Final Sale Items: Pre-orders, special orders, bundles, discounted items, and gift cards cannot be canceled.
Return Policy
We accept returns for new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be in their original packaging with all tags and inserts intact.
- For safety reasons, items that have been tried on cannot be returned.
- Final Sale Items: Pre-orders, special orders, sale items, and discounted items are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
Shipping Costs:
- If your order included "free shipping," a flat fee of $22 USD (baby carriers) or $35 USD (outerwear) will be deducted from your refund.
- If you paid for shipping, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and an additional return shipping fee of $10.99 USD (baby carriers) or $17.50 USD (outerwear) will be deducted.
- Customers may opt to purchase their own return shipping label to avoid additional shipping deductions.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email Us: Contact hello@littlezenone.com with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST" and include your order number.
- Follow Instructions: Package the item securely and ship it using the return instructions provided.
- Inspection: Allow up to 5 business days after receipt for inspection.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for new, unused, and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.
- Waived Restocking Fee: Exchanges are exempt from the 15% restocking fee.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- If your order included "free shipping," the original shipping cost ($22 USD for carriers or $35 USD for larger items) will be deducted from your refund.
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email hello@littlezenone.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE REQUEST."
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable.
- Follow the return instructions provided. Once the item is inspected, we will ship your replacement.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2-3 business days after approval.
- If your order included "free shipping," the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Items showing signs of wear (e.g., pet hair, stains, perfume) or missing tags/packaging will not be refunded.
- We will notify you by email if your return is ineligible.
Gift Returns
- If your item was marked as a gift, approved returns will result in a gift credit or certificate.
- Refunds for items not marked as gifts will go to the original payment method.
Cosmetic Variations
- Cosmetic features like weaver’s knots, linen nubs, or slight color variations are normal in handmade products and are not covered under warranty.
