Little Zen One: Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Try Before You Buy:

  • Experience our baby carriers risk-free for 7 days.

  • We encourage using this program as we do not offer refunds on tried on carriers.

Order Modifications:
Changes are generally not possible after placement.

  • Modifications Requests: You may request a change to size, color, shipping address within 6 hours of ordering.
    • Requests are not guaranteed and are subject to review.
    • Reply to your confirmation email with "ORDER MODIFICATION REQUEST" and detail your changes.
  • Shipping Address Changes: Must be requested within 6 hours. Reply to your confirmation email with "UPDATE SHIPPING ADDRESS" and the corrected address. This request is not guaranteed.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations are generally not possible
  • Requests must be made within 6 hours of order placement by replying to your confirmation email with "CANCEL" in the subject line.
  • If eligible, Cancellations incur a $10 USD per item fee.
  • Pre-orders, special orders, bundles, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale.

Returns & Exchanges (within 30 days of delivery):

General Eligibility:

  • New, unused, and unwashed items only.
  • Original packaging with all tags and inserts intact.
  • Items must not have been tried on.
  • Pre-orders, special orders, and sale items are final sale.

Returns:

Exchanges:

  • Restocking fee waived if you exchange for another product or store credit.
  • Email hello @ littlezenone.com with "EXCHANGE REQUEST" and your order number.

Shipping Costs (Returns & Exchanges):

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs
  • "Free shipping" orders: Original shipping cost will be deducted ($22 USD for carriers, $35 USD for outerwear).
  • Paid shipping orders: Original shipping is non-refundable, plus a return shipping fee ($10.99 USD for carriers, $17.50 USD for outerwear).
  • Customers may provide their own shipping label; contact us for instructions.

Refunds:

  • Allow up to two weeks for inspection; refunds processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees and shipping.
  • We cannot accept returns with signs of wear (pet hair, perfumes, stains, damaged packaging).
  • Gift returns will be issued as gift credit.
  • Cosmetic variations are normal, and reflect the handmade nature of our products and are not covered under warranty.
