At Little Zen One, packages are handed over to the carrier the day after the label is created. How long a package can go without a scan and still be on time depends on the shipping method and route you chose, so a gap between “Label Created” and the first scan is often normal.
Additionally, for shipments traveling long distances, such as from New York to California or from Ontario to British Columbia, scans might not occur until the package reaches the destination region.
This is a standard part of the shipping process and is beyond our control. If your package has passed the delivery window for your chosen shipping method, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.
