My Carrier Came Brand New - What Do I Do?
If your Try Before You Buy (TBYB) carrier arrived brand new, please keep all bags, manuals, and accessories (if included) with the carrier. You can discard the box.
If your new carrier needs a wash before wearing, please message our team at m.me/littlezenone.
Spot Cleaning
- If the carrier only has small marks or spills, spot cleaning may be all that’s needed.
- We recommend the Buncha Farmers stain stick from Little Zen One for stubborn spots.
- If you don’t have that, a small amount of baby-safe soap or Blue Dawn works well.
- Make sure the soap is rinsed fully away and air dry.
