Eligibility for Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for new, unused items that:
- Are still in their original packaging.
- Have not been tried on (this includes trying on without a baby), washed, or used in any way.
- Include all original inserts and accessories.
- Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within 30 days of delivery.
Important Note: We do not accept exchanges for items that have been tried on for safety and resale reasons. Items must be in pristine, new condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following are not eligible for exchanges:
- Sale items
- Special orders
- Bundles
- Pre-orders
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@littlezenone.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE REQUEST."
- Include your order number.
- Let us know what item you'd like instead.
- Attach photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
- Approval Process:
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping Your Item:
- Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including the original shipping cost if "free shipping" was applied.
- Replacement Shipping:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.
Restocking Fee
- No restocking fee applies to exchanges for eligible items.
Items with Defects or Damage
If your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost once confirmed by the manufacturer.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
- Free shipping orders: The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final exchange amount ($22 USD for carriers, $35 USD for outerwear).
- Paid shipping orders: Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is deducted ($11 USD for carriers, $17.50 USD for outerwear).
