Can I exchange an item?

At Little Zen One, we strive to ensure you're happy with your purchase. If you're considering an exchange, here's what you need to know:

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for new, unused items that:
    • Are still in their original packaging.
    • Have not been tried on (this includes trying on without a baby), washed, or used in any way.
    • Include all original inserts and accessories.
  • Timeframe: You must initiate your exchange request within 30 days of delivery.

Important Note: We do not accept exchanges for items that have been tried on for safety and resale reasons. Items must be in pristine, new condition.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Sale items
  • Special orders
  • Bundles
  • Pre-orders
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@littlezenone.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE REQUEST."
    • Include your order number.
    • Let us know what item you'd like instead.
    • Attach photos or videos if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.
  2. Approval Process:
    • Our team will review your request.
    • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
  3. Shipping Your Item:
    • Ship the item to the address provided in our instructions.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs, including the original shipping cost if "free shipping" was applied.
  4. Replacement Shipping:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.

Restocking Fee

  • No restocking fee applies to exchanges for eligible items.

Items with Defects or Damage

If your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost once confirmed by the manufacturer.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
  • Free shipping orders: The cost of shipping will be deducted from the final exchange amount ($22 USD for carriers, $35 USD for outerwear).
  • Paid shipping orders: Original shipping is non-refundable and return shipping is deducted ($11 USD for carriers, $17.50 USD for outerwear).
