At Little Zen One, we want to make gift returns as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility for Returning a Gift
- Gift Eligibility: Gifts can be returned as long as:
- They are new, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- They meet the general return conditions (not final sale, not tried on, unwashed, etc.).
How Gift Returns Work
- Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the item is received and inspected, a gift card will be emailed to you.
- Not Marked as a Gift: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser rather than the gift recipient.
Non-Returnable Gifts
The following gift items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Special orders
- Bundles
- Pre-orders
- Gift cards
- Personal care items
