How do I use my store credit?
If you have store credit and are logged into your account, your balance will appear at checkout under “Store Credit.”
To use it:
Select “Apply Store Credit” during checkout
Complete your order as usual
Important notes
Store credit cannot be used with Shop Pay
Store credit cannot be transferred or shared
Store credit can be combined with discount codes
Where can I check my store credit balance?
You can view your balance anytime by logging into your account and checking your account details.

Make sure you’re logged into your account
Avoid using Shop Pay
