  • Do I need to set up an account to make an order?

    No, if you do not want to set up an account with us we have the option to checkout as a guest. All you'll need is your contact and shipping information! However, if you want to start "little zen ones" as part of our Loyalty Program, you should set an account up.
  • How can I remove my personal information from your database?

    Yes, contact Customer Service at hello@littlezenone.com with your email address.
  • How can I see my favorite carriers?

    Yes! You can view all your favorite carriers by logging into your Little Zen One account and clicking the heart icon or “My Favorites” section. From there, you can revisit your saved carriers, check availability, or share your list with friends or your babywearing consultant.
  • How do I reset my password?

    If you can't remember your password, we'll need to reset that for you. Simply click here to change it.
  • I'm having trouble signing in to my account, what should I do?

    First, please try resetting your password. If this still doesn't work please contact our Customer Service team with your account details and we'll help.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
