If you are having issues joining a Messenger group from a link, here are a few things to try:
1. Check your Messenger settings
Sometimes privacy settings block you from joining group chats unless you're friends with the person who created it.
2. Open the link in the Messenger app
Group links don’t always work in a browser, try the Messenger app on your phone.
3. Update your app
Make sure you’re using the latest version of Messenger. An update often solves the issue.
4. Clear your app cache
On Android: Settings → Apps → Messenger → Storage → Clear Cache On iPhone: Deleting and reinstalling the app can help.
