Yes, the Waitlist is updated based on when people sign up. However, the Host Order (the order in which carriers are sent within a group) isn’t strictly first come, first served.

To keep this free program running smoothly and efficiently, we may adjust the Host Order based on:

  • Shipping location: Grouping nearby Hosts helps keep shipping faster and more affordable.
  • Overlap: If someone has signed up for multiple carriers, their placement may shift.
  • Stock availability: Some Hosts may need to be reassigned depending on carrier stock.
