Yes, we're happy to help with special orders for most of the brands we carry! If there's a specific product you're interested in that isn't currently listed or is out of stock, we can often order it in for you.
How it works:
- Contact us with the item you're looking for.
- We'll check availability with the vendor and confirm pricing and timeline.
- Once confirmed, we'll send you an invoice to complete your purchase.
- Expected timing is approximately 2–3 weeks from when the order is placed. We'll confirm the timeline for your specific item before you pay.

- We are not able to place special orders with Disana or Oscha.
- Special orders are excluded from any discounts, loyalty points, or promotions, and are final sale.
