Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
- To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email with the subject line "Cancel."
- Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days, minus a $5 cancellation fee per item.

* Pre-orders, special orders, bundles or any orders with a discount are final sale and not eligible for cancellation.
