What We Do Not Tolerate

To maintain a safe and supportive community, the following behaviors are unacceptable:

  • Disrespectful communication in any form, including emails, messages, or social media interactions (including Facebook groups and other public forums).
  • Defamatory posts about our business or team members in any online community.

*Our Response to Abusive Behavior* If anyone’s behavior violates our policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Politely remind them of our communication standards.
  • End the conversation if the behavior continues.
  • Refuse service or block communication in extreme cases to protect the well-being of our team.
